Stephen Ford – CEO/Founder (UK)
Stephen has a wealth of experience spanning over a decade structuring complexed funding to deliver and execute large scale projects successfully in new emerging market places.
Stephen is a self-taught Entrepreneur specialising in Transportation, Oil and Gas Technology, Land and Development , Solar Energy and Hydrogen.
Stephen gained recognition with the Institute of Logistics and Transport and The Royal Chartered of Surveyors.
Stephen continues to mentor at The University of Birmingham and works very closely on ARLI Projects as well as developing quantum physic innovation ideas with CIAMM at The University of Birmingham.
Stephen has a unique concept and visionary mind-set for global projects bringing together highly qualified teams and forming unique partnerships to drive projects forward.
Stephens’s objective is to structure a team of expertise across new emerging markets, bringing new technology, while protecting the environment and improving people’s lives. Antonios Antoniou Managing Director (Peru)
Antonios was born in Limassol, Cyprus (EU) in 1973. Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Science with minor in Applied Mathematics, University of New Orleans, LA, USA, 2005.
With three and half years experience in software design, EXA corporation, Boston, MA, USA.
Antonio is an Experienced University lecturer/researcher for 12 years (Frederick University, Cyprus and Pontificia Universidad Catholica del Peru, Peru) in the areas of Energy/Fluids, applied mathematics, programming and control, Engineering design. Supervising student projects and evaluating proposals for the Cyprus ministry of energy.
Antonios has worked in projects funded by EU-Cyprus and Peru
Antonio is Highly motivated by scientific curiosity, very enthusiastic and ready to accept new challenges and opportunities in research. Can work independently, as team leader/coordinator or as part of a group, with the ability to organise, prioritise and deliver projects on time and within budget under extreme work pressure and heavy workload.

 

Roger Meza Rengifo – Plant Director ( Peru )
Roger Graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) Lima Peru 1991. as a Metallurgical Engineer. He was a production supervisor in the company TECNOFIL Copper complex for export to USA / ASIA.
In 1994 Roger joined PRAXAIR (USA), as a member of the Centre for Industrial and Medicinal Gas Technology in Peru. He was specialised in applications, facilities and safety in the use of medicinal equipment. It was Member of the technical team in the installation of the liquefaction plant of Air to obtain liquid Oxygen (113,000 m3 / h), Nitrogen and Argon in Pisco Aceros Arequipa. Directed the projects with the use of oxygen Medicinal running Cryogenic network, manifold, and tank installations in ESSALUD and MINSA.
In 1999 Roger was incorporated to MESSER GASES (Germany) as Senior in Applications to make technology transfer in Cryogenic for the Industry, Mining and Medicine, becoming a pioneer in Applications of Nitrogen in the Copper-Molybdenum flotation at Southern-Toquepala managing to increase recovery and reduce environmental impact. He was a member of the Technical team for the installation of the Oxygen from Air fractionation to produce Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon liquid 500 (375,000 m3 / h) in SIDERPERU-Chimbote.
As of COVID-19, Roger decides to reside in Peru as his center of operations, managing to install oxygen plants in various regions of Peru. Roger trains technicians in science and technique with the equipment and plant to face the fight against COVID-19 to save lives, develop the maintenance programs for PSA and cryogenic oxygen plants,
Currently, as a result of his action, he has created OXYPERU CRYOGENIC launching the only cryogenic oxygen plant of 50 m3 / hour of LOX in Arequipa in May 2021 to produce liquid oxygen (LOX) to save lives in Arequipa, Juliaca, Andahuaylas and Lima.
